The Lower House
Included with your wedding weekend. The lower house is a 7 bedroom contemporary home (4 bunk rooms, 2 suites and one mega primary suite) with a designer kitchen and 1,500 sq. ft. wrap-around deck, available for use by the bridal party and the family of the bride and groom. With multiple indoor spaces and bathrooms, this is where brides can host makeup artists and hairstylists to prepare for the big day. The lower house sleeps 20+ and provides cozy accommodations with incredible views for the duration of your wedding weekend.

The Hobbit Hole
The Hobbit Hole is a true-to-Tolkien pub nestled in the side of our mountain, featuring an authentic Irish pub with bar, 3 tap kegerator, and a candlelit dining booth.

Spring-Fed Pond
The Pond features a 3,500 sq. ft. party deck with outdoor lounge area lit by Edison lights, a covered gazebo with swings, and bench seating for 30. The view of the Rockies from the firepit lounge is one of our favorites. Electricity provided.

The Tree Houses
The Tree Houses consist of 2 modern 1500 sq. ft. treehouses above a ground level party deck, attached to a 40 ft. Outlook Nest and custom slide. The modern treehouse features a glass garage door that can be rolled up for fresh air and uninhibited views of the Rocky Mountains. Situated near the Hobbit Hole, the entire area creates another world away from the meadows and pond, perfect for a cocktail hour space with something for everyone. Electricity provided.

The Meadow
The Meadow is a 40 acre green space that can be customized to the needs of your event featuring acres of wildflowers and one of a kind views of Rocky Mountain National Park, Elk Mountain, Longs Peak, Twin Peaks, Mount Bross, breathtaking cliffs, and the Continental Divide. The Meadow can accommodate the largest tented weddings in multiple locations. Perfect for glamping tents and the most creative builds. Power and water provided at our main tent site.

The Serenity Cabin
Included with your wedding weekend. The Serenity Cabin is a deluxe handcrafted cabin that is completely remote from the rest of the property. Situated near the top of our mountain, facing east for spectacular sunrises, this quiet cabin features a porch, writing desk, queen loft bed, and wood stove. Sleeps two.
