Wedding Vendors & Lodging

At Tundra Springs, you are welcome to work with any vendors you prefer. There is no required list. Tent companies and vendors may set up before you arrive and strike after you leave, so production never takes time away from your stay.

There is no fixed guest count. Your tent company sizes the tent, tables and chairs to your guest list. Tundra Springs does not supply these, which leaves the design completely open. Power and water are provided at the main tent site in the 40-acre lower meadow, and the 20-acre upper meadow has power.

If you would like a place to start, the partners below are friends of Tundra Springs. They are considered among the best in the country and know the property exceptionally well: Gemini Event Production, Sperry Tents Colorado, Jenna Wren Photography, Mad Lad Films, Barr Entertainment and DJ Nick Spinelli.

Lodging begins on the property. The seven-bedroom Lower House sleeps 20+, and the Serenity Cabin sleeps two. For additional guests, the links below show local hotels and accommodations, sorted by distance from Tundra Springs.
